Terms and conditions
Ticket Sales and Liability Ticket Sales
Ticket sales
The sale and processing of tickets is handled via Weeztix. Both these terms and conditions and the general terms and conditions of Weeztix apply to every purchase. An agreement is established as soon as the payment has been successfully completed. Tickets are delivered exclusively digitally via email or through the Weeztix account environment. The buyer is responsible for correctly entering their email address and safely storing the received tickets. Loss or theft of tickets does not entitle the buyer to a replacement or refund.
Cancellation and Refunds
Purchased tickets cannot be cancelled or exchanged. Refunds of the purchase price will only be issued if the event is cancelled by Stichting Muziekevenementen Harlingen. In the event of rescheduling, tickets remain valid for the new date. Any service or transaction fees are non-refundable, unless required by law.

Stichting Muziekevenementen Harlingen is not liable for loss, theft, damage to property, or personal injury of visitors, unless caused by intent or gross negligence on the part of the organization.
